Phoenix Optical Glass Ltd (POGL) manufactures machined and molded blanks for optical components such as lenses, prisms, mirrors, & filters.  We specialize in processing challenging shapes and materials with the quick turn-around time demanded by the custom optics market.  We produce and qualify high-homogeneity and precision annealed materials.  

We offer full-service blank manufacturing capabilities that include:

  • CNC generating and edging
  • CNC water-jet cutting
  • Re-heat molding

  • Surface grinding & edging

POGL are experts in processing high-value materials that are thermally and mechanically sensitive. Any necessary tools are drawn from our vast inventory or quickly produced in our machine shop.
